Today Sarah from Bombshell Bling is sharing theses super simple Four Ingredient Christmas Cookies with us. Enjoy!
Hello, I am so happy to be here today for the great cookie exchange!!
My name is Sarah and I blog at Bombshell Bling. I am a rather scattered person, so my blog is a scattered, just like me. I cover everything from holidays, to sewing, to jewelry and recipes, with a whole lot of baby headbands thrown in as well! I just can’t stop making them for my daughter! I have problems. The only thing that can truly compete with my baby headband obsession is my obsession with S’MORES! Mmmmm….. Again . . . problems. But today I am not here to share with you my love for headbands or s’mores. Today I am here to share with you my love for COOKIES!
I am a sweet tooth if ever there was one. If it’s sweet and homemade, well, I’m going to be needing some of it to get in my belly. PRONTO. My favorite treat is warm cookies. Ooey, gooey cookies. So today I am going to share with you my super simple recipe for Christmas Cookies. There are only four ingredients, and they come together at lightening speed! However, they are NOT the best warm. Weird, I know. They are definitely tasty warm, but they are even better after they cool and sit for just a bit so that they get all gooey and chewy. Yum, yum, yummer.
Let’s take a quick look at the process that I used to make these and then I’ll give you the whole recipe in detail.
Gather your four ingredients: a stick of butter, a Devil’s Food cake mix, two eggs, and a bag of holiday mint M&M’s.
Dump the butter, eggs, and cake mix into a bowl and beat with an electric mixer.
Add the M&M’s and stir.
As you can see, the dough is incredibly sticky and pretty stiff. That’s ok! Place spoonfuls of dough onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Now gobble them up! YUM! The simplest Christmas Cookies that you will ever make! Enjoy!
