Funfetti Cupcake Cones

Funfetti Cupcake Cones Hello, my name is Vanessa and I might have a small addiction to funfetti. Thank you to Kelsey for allowing me to spread my love of funfetti to her readers. I blog about my love for glitter and glue guns over at See Vanessa Craft and I’d love for you to stop by and say hello. You might even find a funfetti cookie sandwich tutorial over there. When I was thinking about what to show you guys how to do, I wondered around my house trying to find inspiration. There was an unopened box of funfetti sitting in my pantry, clearly a household staple, just calling my name. So, in honor of my toddler’s 2nd birthday and my 30th birthday this month, I give you funfetti cupcake cones. Materials (makes 24 cones) 18.25 oz funfetti cake mix 24 ice cream cones Rainbow sprinkles 12oz vanilla frosting Instructions Step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Prepare cake mix according to package. Funfetti Cupcake Cones Step 2: Place cones, standing up, on a cupcake sheet as shown. Fill cones with cake mix, leaving some room at the top for expansion. I recommend leaving at least half an inch to prevent overflow. Funfetti Cupcake Cones Step 3: Bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees or until you stick a skewer into the center of a cone and it comes out clean. Allow to cool. Step 4: Frost cupcake cones and add sprinkles. Enjoy! Funfetti Cupcake Cones
