These yummy Hello Dollys come to you today from Emily at 52 Mantels – enjoy!
Hi, I’m Emily from 52 Mantels and I’m SO happy to be here today! I just love Christmas goodies and this Hello Dolly recipe is one of my favorites. These are super easy to make and are super yummy, too!
I used special holiday chocolate chips for this recipe, but of course, you could use regular chips for a year round tasty treat!
Christmas Hello Dollies
(printable recipe here)
1 1/5 C. Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/3 C. Melted Butter
10 oz bag Chocolate Chips (I used holiday colored chips)
14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 C. Shredded Coconut
1 C. Pecan Pieces
Combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press mixture into the bottom of a greased 8×8 pan. Spread pecans on top of graham cracker layer. Layer chocolate chips on top of pecans. Layer coconut on top of chocolate chips. Pour sweetened condensed milk over coconut. With a spoon, very gently swirl the top three layers, to combine. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Cool before serving.
I like to serve these in festive muffin cups for a pretty presentation. A little tip: these can be ooey and gooey (in a good way!), so pop the pan in the refrigerator to cool completely before cutting!
I hope you give these yummy bars a try! They sure are delicious 🙂
