Speaking of her shop- Janee sells lovely handmade garland and plush alphabets that makes me swoon. The colors, the textures, and the possibilities. Who or what encouraged you to start your Indie Biz? I wanted a creative outlet to meet new people and to share my work. alphabet What is the hardest challenge you have as an Indie Biz owner? Attracting people to my blog/shop. Also, making sure my voice on the internet is my own. I always want to be as genuine as possible. garland What helpful advice can you offer to other Indie Biz owners? Make connections! Get out there and meet people. You will find some really great friends and you will spread the word about your business. What is the ultimate goal you have for your Indie Biz? I would love for Yellow Bird, Yellow Beard to be my life long full-time job.
