Last year I purchased a nativity scene vinyl decal from my blogging friend Mallory of Classy Clutter. It was a few days before Christmas when I finally got to paint a pallet board and apply the decal but it was finished in time for Christmas nonetheless. I found a place for it among our other decorations but this year I found a special place for the pallet board nativity scene decoration. I can’t wait to show you when I share our Christmas house tour next week!
This decoration makes such a statement and was easy and quick to make – even a beginner DIYer could whip this up in no time.
To make my pallet board decoration I dry brushed red acrylic paint onto a piece of old pallet board. Once it was completely dry I applied the vinyl decal from Mal’s ETSY shop – Classy Clutter Designs. It was as simple as that! It goes along with my rustic décor and took about thirty minutes to create.
You can find the nativity scene decal along with lots of other ones in Mallory’s shop –
Enjoy,
