I enter my email and name but the freebie download doesn’t start?
We have done a lot of investigating and found that (mostly) Xfinity/Comcast internet customers are not always able to get our downloads due to a filter they are using for their customers. Currently we are going back through and adding a separate link to click and access the download. See the link location in the image below.
