Right before I got pregnant with Delilah I developed this wild obsession for Instagram and if you have followed the blog for a while you know I documented my pregnancy with Instagram pictures. It didn’t come as a surprise that after I had her my feed would often have pictures of her in it. When it came time to throw her first birthday party I knew I wanted to make some sort of decoration out of all those pictures. I picked out a picture from each month leading up to Delilah’s first birthday and printed them to my local Walgreens using the printicular app on my phone. Once I got them developed I used twine, die cut circles folded in half and mini clothespins to create two banners to fit on my vintage chalkboard window. The Instagram photo display was one of my favorite parts of her party (besides for when she went crazy with the smash cake) and now it hangs as decoration on the wall behind her crib. I love this sweet girl to pieces and I can’t wait to add more pictures as she grows. She has started walking, talking and getting into EVERY.THING lately! Seriously the other day I switched the clothes from the washer to the dryer and when I started she was right next to me – after I was done I found her standing in the toilet bowl with water halfway to her knees. AHH!

So, so cute! I love little touches like this to make birthdays extra special. I can't wait to do this for my boys' birthdays. Thanks so much for sharing!
