After joining twitter a month ago I saw all the buzz about a handmade gift exchange hosted by Craftaholics Anonymous. Since handmade is right up my alley – I HAD to sign up and participate! I was so lucky to get a great partner and receive two awesome gifts!! I was partnered up with Maribel of The Craft Hopper. It was so crazy because I am from Northern Illinois and she lives in Northern Illinois! I instantly started following her on Pinterest, because, well, I am a pinning addict. I snooped around her pin boards and saw she had a ‘Sewing’ board and so I went from there! This is what I made her… 
a pin cushion jar filled with odds and ends, a brooch, and a pair of cabochon earrings with a matching necklace. 
This is what Maribel sent me! She did some investigating on my blog to find our names and my boys’ birth months. 
I love both of the items she made for me, and I love the personalization!! I have worn the necklace almost everyday since I received it and the framed picture is on a shelf in my bedroom. Thank you Maribel and thank you Linda from Craftaholics Anonymous for matching us up! Enjoy,
