Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Unroll and separate refrigerated crescent rolls. Sprinkle each one with a pinch of cinnamon and then roll a slice of apple up in the rolls. Place in a baking dish.
Mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and apple sauce together and spoon over crescent rolls.
Mix soda and apple juice together and pour over top.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until rolls are golden brown.
