Grilled Pound Cake Ice-Cream Sandwich Dessert

(recipe yields three - 5 minute prep time - 5 minute cook time)

Ingredients

  • Sara Lee Pound Cake Slices
  • Breyer's Strawberry Ice-Cream (or your favorite flavor)

Instructions

  1. Unwrap the pound cake slices and put them onto a grill at medium/low heat. Cook each side for about one minute until warm.
  2. Scoop ice-cream onto one slice of pound cake and top with another slice.
