Ranch Deviled Eggs

Course Appetizer


  • 12 eggs hard boiled
  • 1 packet ranch dressing powder
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onion
  • 3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • diced chives optional
  • bacon bits optional


  1. Cut hard boiled eggs in half and place all of the yolks into a medium bowl.
  2. Add the ranch dressing powder, onion, mayo and mustard to the egg yolks and use a mixer to beat the ingredients until most of the lumps are gone.
  3. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture and top with chives and bacon.
