Leftover Turkey Crescent Roll Wreath Recipe

Leftover Turkey Crescent Roll Wreath #ThanksgivingWithPillsbury

Let’s pretend for a moment. It is the day after Thanksgiving and you either stayed up all night/woke up early making Black Friday purchases or maybe you were the head chef for Thanksgiving. Either way you have leftover turkey in your refrigerator and you don’t feel like cooking.

Does this sound like you the day after Thanksgiving? Sounds like me! This year we are making our rounds because Mike works but I know I will not feel like cooking after driving all around the world with four kids visiting family and giving Thanks… all in under 12 hours.

Now what to do for dinner – and all that leftover turkey! Here is a really easy dinner recipe that whips up in no time using Pillsbury Crescent Rolls. I made and baked it in under 45 minutes. How is that for an ‘I just feel like relaxing‘ kind of dinner?

This is my blog and I do what I want but I have to add this apology note – excuse the not so great quality of these pictures. My camera battery was dead and I am still not used to this whole time change thing. I forget I have to make dinner 4 hours before we actually eat now so I can get natural light photos. This recipe was so easy and so good that I couldn’t NOT sure it despite the photos.

This recipe is like a casserole in a wreath form. The wreath is perfect for the holidays if you ask me! Bring in the colors of the holiday with red pepper and broccoli. Use your leftover turkey or even use chicken. Serve it as a meal or serve it as an appetizer.
