I use my crock pot year round but I use it the most during winter months. Winter crock pot recipes are my go to when it gets dark early. As the sunlight fades so does my motivation to cook. I just whip up the meal in the morning between getting the kids ready for school and then by evening the house smells divine and dinner is ready when we are. Who doesn’t love that, right?
