Mother’s Day Body Scrub and Printable

Mother’s Day is sneaking up! It is less than two weeks away! This year I am putting together pampering kits for the Mothers in our family. It can be hard to take time for yourself (at least that is what I have found!), so I hope this will encourage them all to pamper themselves a little. DSC_1803 This body scrub is going in their kits and it is super simple to make at home. You need:

  • A jar of some sort
  • Epsom salt
  • Olive Oil
  • Essential or Fragrance Oil
  • Soap colorant or food coloring
  • These printables – HERE
  • Full sheet shipping label paper
  • 2 inch circle punch

To make the scrub, fill your jar 3/4 of the way with Epsom salt and then pour olive oil in until the jar is almost full. Add a few drops of fragrance or essential oils (I get mine from Brambleberry) and one or two drops of colorant. Stir and put the lid on! Seriously it is as easy as that! If you want to use the printables just print the file onto one sheet of shipping label paper and use a 2 inch circle punch to cut them out. Then just peel and stick onto the top of the lid.
